Speakers are kindly requested to strictly adhere to the allocated times for their presentations. All allocated times are available on Indico timetable. Unless differently specified by your conveners, they are:

• Invited plenary talks: 25′ + 5′ for questions
• Contributed talk: 17′ + 3′ for questions
• Contributed flash talks: 8′ + 2′ for questions
• WG report talks: 22’+ 3′ for questions

All presentations will be run exclusively from the computer provided in the lecture rooms. Use of personal laptops will not be permitted.

The presentation format is PDF.

When you prepare the PDF double-check all fonts / equations are properly displayed. Speakers who have any special technical requests must contact the organisers in advance to arrange compatibility. For plenary sessions contact dis2026-info@lists.bo.infn.it, for parallel session talks contact your conveners.

Slides must be uploaded to the INDICO page of your session by 7:00 PM the previous day.

The screen format in the lecture rooms is 16:9.

Speakers are encouraged to check their presentation displays correctly before the session begins.
