Speakers are kindly requested to strictly adhere to the allocated times for their presentations. All allocated times are available on Indico timetable.

All presentations will be run exclusively from the computer provided in the lecture rooms. Use of personal laptops will not be permitted.

The presentation format is PDF.

When you prepare the PDF double-check all fonts / equations are properly displayed. Speakers who have any special technical requests must contact the organisers in advance to arrange compatibility. For plenary sessions contact dis2026-info@lists.bo.infn.it, for parallel session talks contact your conveners.

Slides should be uploaded to the INDICO page of your session but the end of the session preceding the presentation. For talks in sessions starting at 9:00 AM presentations should be uploaded the day before by 8:00 PM.

The screen format in the lecture rooms is 16:9.

Speakers are encouraged to check their presentation displays correctly before the session begins.
